SOX Audit and Reporting

This functionality gives the CFO instant access to critical data required for SOX audits through automated reporting capabilities. The SOX Change Reports detail changes in the system between two points in time. This information can be extremely time consuming or impossible to reconcile after the fact. The data available out-of-the-box for this report includes changes to: :

Security Controls
Organizational Structure (Metadata)
Production Reporting
Consolidation Rules
User Logins

Custom data controls can be added to include anything important to the organizationeven if that data is not related to Hyperion.. Reports can be generated automatically or on-demand. In addition, internal reference numbers along with commentary can be associated with each specific change for inclusion in the report.
